This being said, we have the pleasure in introducing this meeting, to welcome his eminence, our father, Sheikh 'Abd al-Aziz Ibn 'Abd Allah Ibn Bâz, the mufti of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and president of the scientific research section and the IFTA, so that he can give us a few words about the rules of decency that we must have towards Allah such as the beautiful external appearance to have regarding behavior and what opposes it...

Praise belongs to Allah, peace be upon His Messenger, as well as his family, his Companions and those who follow his path.

This being said, it is the responsibility of all responsible servants to observe the rules of decorum towards Allah, devoting exclusive worship to Him and abandoning the worship of any other besides Him, as well as by marking our faith in Him And in all that He informed us of in His Sublime Book through the language of His Messenger Muhammad by believing in His Names and Attributes as well as in the afterlife, in Paradise and Hell, on the day of accounts and remuneration, etc. To devote exclusive worship to Him and not to associate anything with Him, glorified be He.

Among these good manners, the most important is the realization of tawhid (Oneness of Allah) by seeing Allah as exclusive worship, and the worst behavior that the servant can have is to associate something with Allah (shirk) which consists of dedicate some of his adorations to other than Him.

Indeed, Allah says:

وقضى ربك ألا تعبدوا )إياه إله (And your Lord has decreed: worship only Him) (17:23).

(I created jinns and men only so that they might worship Me) (51:56).

(They were commanded, however, only to worship Allah, worshiping Him exclusively) (98:5).

(We have sent to each community a Messenger, (to say to them): “Worship Allah and ez-vous du tâghút») (16:36).

Thus, the most important decorum that one must observe and which constitutes the greatest obligation is the exclusive worship in the worship of Allah by devoting the latter only to Him and by abandoning the worship of anyone other than Him.
