In this magnificent Quran each part (Jouz') is colored with a different color, with a gradient in the form of a rainbow. Which helps learning to revise the Quran.
The Quran contains 114 suras (chapters), it is divided into 30 parts called juz' (Each part or juz' contains two hizb, which makes a total of 60 hizb).
We can thus organize ourselves, for example, to read a part (a color) every day and thus finish reading the Koran in a month. You can also open the Quran directly to the part you are learning or reviewing thanks to this very practical color system.
The layout has been carefully designed with large Arabic and French characters for pleasant reading. The rules of reading (pronunciation of letters or makharij al hourouf) are also detailed at the beginning of the book.
Introduction :
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, addressing men in these terms: (A light and an explicit Book have certainly come to you from Allah) (Surah 5, verse 15). May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, who said: (The best among you is he who learns the Quran and teaches it).
The Quran (Arabic: القرآن 'al qur'ân, reading) is the sacred book of the Muslim religion. It is also the first book to be written in Arabic, a language that he helped to establish. The Quran brings together the divine words which were transmitted to the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fragmentarily by the archangel Gabriel (Jibril), orally during a period of twenty-three years. It is sometimes also called kitâb (book) or dhikr (reminder).
It is the uncreated word of God (Allah) addressed to all Humanity: Islam, unlike Christianity, has a universal vocation. The Quran is divided into one hundred and fourteen chapters called surahs, classified more or less in descending order according to their length with the exception of the first surah called Al Fatiha (sometimes translated as "the prologue" or even "the opening") . These suras are themselves composed of verses called âyât (plural of Arabic âyah, “proof”, “sign”). The verses have a canonical number of 6219.
Understanding its content is certainly much easier for those who have knowledge of the literary Arabic language, the language of revelation par excellence. As for those who are deprived of understanding this beautiful language, the language barrier constitutes a serious handicap preventing them from reaping immeasurable benefit. From there, there arises the imperative need to provide a sound translation, relating the meaning of the Quranic verses in foreign languages.
This translation is that of the King Fahd complex in Medina, renowned for its attention to detail and seriousness. It's now up to you to read this fabulous book and meditate on its meanings...
